Henriëtta Adriana (Hetty) Blok was a Dutch comedian, actrice, and singer. She was born in Arnhem, Gelderland.

After the Second World War, Blok played in many cabaret shows, such as 't is Historisch (1948), Wij spelen pantomime (1949), Iene miene mutte (1949), and 't Is mij een raadsel (1950). In 1951 Blok worked on De Toverspiegel, one of the first game shows written for the Dutch television in that time. Blok became pretty popular as Sjaantje in the radio play In Holland staat een huis, from famous Dutch writer Annie M.G. Schmidt.

The most famous role of Hetty however became the one of nurse Klivia in the famous tv-series Ja zuster, nee zuster in the 1960's. The songs in this show were again written by Annie M.G. Schmidt. In 2002 the series was remade as film, and Hetty had a cameo in this film. The role as nurse Klivia would always follow her. Even at the high age of 85, she sang songs from the show in talkshows, and other tv shows.

Blok died in Amsterdam when she was 91-years-old.
