Bram Bart

23rd of April, 1962 - 8th of April, 2012

Abraham Johannes Aloysius Maria (Bram) Bart was a Dutch (voice)actor, singer, director, host, voice-over. He was born in

's-Hertogenbosch, Noord-Brabant.

Bart graduated in 1989, after he did the actors education on the Stage Academy in Maastricht. 

Bart is mostly known as a voice actor. He is also the voice in many advertisement messages. He lived in Belgium for a long time, therefore his French was rather good. This resulted in shows as Bram sings Brel. 

He played with Toneelgroep De Appel, het Noord Nederlands Toneel en Joop van den Ende Theaterproducties. For television he played guest roles in Keyzer & De Boer Advocaten, and Spangen. 

The last years of his life he lived in Driehuis. In this village he directed a amateur stage group. After a sickbed of only three weeks Bart died on the age of 49, because of pancreas cancer. On the 14th of April 2012 he was buried on Westerveld in Driehuis.

Other roles outside of Disney Bram Bart did are: Bob the Builder, Paddington, James in Pokémon. the Magic Mirror in Shrek 1 & 2.
