Peter Paul Muller

30th of May, 1965

Peter Paul Muller is a Dutch actor, born in Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland. 

​

Muller gratuated in 1991, after succesfully completing the theatre school in Maastricht, Limburg. In his early years as an actor he played in series like Richting Engeland en Dag juf, tot morgen. His big breakthrough came with the film Allstars, a film about an amateur football team, and their struggles, Muller played Mark. The film was succesful enough to make a tv-series about it, and it ran for three seasons, with Muller again playing Mark.

Muller played guest roles in Baantjer, Gijpstra en de Gier, Keyzer en De Boer Advocaten. You can see him in the films De Passievrucht (2003), De Dominee (2004) en Alles is Liefde (2007).

Another big role for Muller came along when he started playing Martin Morero in Gooische Vrouwen (2005 - 2009). After the series, two more films came out as well. For the first film Muller received for his role as Martin Morero a Gouden Kalf (Dutch Oscar) for the best supporting actor in a film. He declined the prize, due to him not being about prizes.

However in 2017 he won again a Gouden Kalf for best lead actor. As his performance of Bram Fischer, about the life of the South-African lawyer. 

​

Muller is in a relationship with Anique Kamerling, and they have a son, and a daughter together.
