Rob van de Meeberg

Rob van de Meeberg is a Dutch (voice) actor, comedian, and singer. He was born in Arnhem, Gelderland.

In 1966 van de Meeberg joins, together with Frits Lambrechts (a famous (voice) actor), the Cabaret group of Jaap van de Merwe. In the 1970's Rob starts his own Cabaret company called Honoloeloe. Together with Lambrechts he made various albums, including the album Voor een ieder die zichzelf respecteert.

He worked together with writer Ivo de Wijs, and composer Joop Stokkermans. Van de Meeberg sang in In de schaduw van Brel, together with Vera Mann. It was a show about the life of Jacques Brel. Also together with Vera Mann he worked on a show called Zing, vecht, huil, bid, lach, werk en bewonder - een ode aan Ramses Shaffy. A show about the famous Dutch singer Ramses Shaffy.

Van de Meeberg further played a lot of guest roles in famous Dutch tv-series. Such as Ha, die Pa!, Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden, Oppassen!!!, Toen was geluk heel gewoon, Baantjer etc.

Many people probably are very familiar with his voice, since he did loads of big, and small roles in Dutch dubbing.
